What a remote co-host actually does
- Answers guest questions before, during and after each stay
- Keeps Airbnb, VRBO and direct-booking calendars lined up so dates don't double-book
- Reviews your listing text, photo order and house rules
- Schedules your cleaner after every checkout and checks the turnover was done
- Watches pricing settings (for example in PriceLabs) and suggests changes
- Sends a reconciled monthly statement with every cost itemized
What stays with you
You own the listing accounts and the property. Repairs and maintenance are always your decision: we tell you what's wrong, share what we know, and wait for your approval and your choice of vendor. We don't do hands-on repair work.
How remote co-hosting works day to day
Guests message through the booking platform. We reply, send check-in details and handle questions. When something needs a person on site — a cleaner, a lockout, a broken appliance — we contact the local person you've approved for that job, or bring it to you.
Who it fits best
- Owners who live far from their rental
- Owners who self-manage and are tired of the messages and scheduling
- Owners who want clear monthly numbers, not a black box
- Properties with a reliable local cleaner, or an area where one can be found
Who it may not fit
- Properties that need frequent hands-on maintenance with no local help
- Owners who want one company to do everything on site, including repairs
- Areas where local rules don't allow this kind of service — we check first
