When something breaks
We tell you. You decide.
- We log the issue with photos and notes.
- You get an approval request in your portal.
- You approve or decline and choose the vendor.
- We coordinate timing with guests and cleaners.
How money moves
Paid to you, by default.
By default, Airbnb and VRBO pay you directly. Cleaning, supplies and linens are paid from funds you provide, and our fee is billed to you. Every item appears on your statement.
Other setups, like us collecting payouts for you, are only offered where local law allows and with the right accounts in place.
