Built by a host, for owners.

WHITCO STAYS was started by Justin Whitaker after years of hosting and running vacation rental operations hands-on — answering guests late at night, lining up cleaners between back-to-back stays, and keeping the books straight.

That experience shaped a simple idea: owners deserve a co-host who is responsive with guests, careful with money, and honest about what they do and don't do.

We work remotely with trusted local cleaners and the vendors you choose. You get a clear monthly statement, a portal to see your property, and a real person to talk to.

What we value

• Clear communication — with guests and with you
• Transparent money — itemized, with receipts
• Owner control — your property, your decisions
