For established homes
Your home earns well. Your time should too.
For owners whose vacation rental brings in about $75,000–$200,000 a year. We run the daily work remotely. You keep your listing, your payouts and the final say.
What changes for you
- Guest messages answered for you, before, during and after stays
- Cleaners you choose, scheduled and checked after each stay
- Pricing settings reviewed regularly (in tools like PriceLabs when you give access)
- A clear monthly statement with every cost itemized, no markups
- Repairs always come to you for approval first
What stays yours
- Your Airbnb or VRBO listing and its reviews
- Every guest payout, paid straight to you
- Your choice of cleaners and vendors, paid by you
- The final say on spending and repairs
What it costs at your revenue
15% of your documented last-12-month stay revenue (not cleaning fees, taxes, deposits or refunds), never less than $3,600 a year. You pay it in 12 equal monthly payments that don't change during the year, plus $499 once. These are examples of the math, not revenue predictions.
