What's on the statement
- Accommodation revenue per booking
- Cleaning fees collected
- Platform fees and refunds
- Cleaner payments, supplies and linens — each with receipts
- Our management fee and how it was calculated
- Opening and closing balance, and any owner reserve
No double counting
When the platform pays you directly, those payouts aren't counted again on our statement. We only show what we coordinated and the fee owed. If anything doesn't match — a payout that differs from the booking, a missing receipt — the statement flags it.
Who holds the money
Airbnb, VRBO or your booking site pays you directly. WHITCO never holds or pays out rental money. You pay our fixed monthly fee directly to us.
