- Each checkout creates a turnover task for your cleaner
- Cleaners confirm and send photos or notes when done
- Low supplies, damage or missing items come back to us, then to you
- Linens, towels and consumables are tracked and reordered
Who pays the cleaner
Cleaning, supplies and linens are your property's costs. You pay your cleaners and suppliers directly; we track every cost line by line on your statement, with receipts. We don't add a markup.
Finding a cleaner
If you already have a good cleaner, we keep them. If not, we help you find and vet options, and you approve who is hired. We are not a cleaning company and don't employ cleaners.
