    Tell us about your home

    Name, address, city, state and bedrooms. Your home shows up on your page right away.

    Pay the one-time $499 onboarding fee

    This sets up your home. Your card is saved so your monthly service fee can be billed later, once we agree on the amount.

After that, your yearly fee is 15% of your last 12 months of stay revenue (or a written projection for a new home), never less than $3,600 a year — split into 12 equal monthly payments.
